Returns & Exchanges

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened personal care items, including skincare, haircare, and beauty tools.

If your product is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
