Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. We process orders within 1-2 working days and typically, orders arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. During peak parts of the year delivery can be 7-10 working days.  

Q. Where are orders sent out from?

A. We ship from our warehouses based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.

Q. How quickly do you dispatch orders?

A. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. In some cases, we offer same-day processing.

Q. Is delivery free?

A. We provide free delivery on all orders over R750, and R60 for delivery on order under R750.

Q. Will I receive an order confirmation number?

A. Yes, you will receive an order confirmation number immediately after placing your order.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Q. Is checkout secure on your site?

A. Absolutely! Our checkout process is safe and secure. All transactions are SSL-encrypted to protect your personal information.

Q. What if I have an issue with my order?

A. For any problems or inquiries regarding your order, please contact us on info@shimmeryglo.co.za - 

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened personal care items (including skincare, haircare, or beauty tools). If your product is unused and in its original packaging, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. 

Q. Will my email address be used for anything other than order-related communication?

A. Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your information. Your email address is only used for order updates and promotional offers.

Q: Can I return a product if I’ve used it?

A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. This is to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, you’re welcome to contact us within 7 days of delivery for return instructions.
